Job summary

Detrack Systems, a fast-growing delivery management SaaS company, is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive outbound lead generation and own marketing operations including CRM hygiene, workflows, and analytics. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work in a hands-on, execution-focused role in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

You’ll build ICP‑matched lead lists, run nurturing sequences, and maintain data quality while optimizing campaigns across multi-market campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in SaaS.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot CRM, content, sales tools, automation and workflows.
• Experience using AI to gain insights and scale outputs in marketing platforms.
• Experience with nurturing platforms such as Instantly.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, ICP‑matched lead lists and run outbound sequences.
• Enrich and verify prospect data to improve targeting and ROI.
• Own CRM hygiene and data accuracy, segment and route leads.
• Build emails and automated workflows for lifecycle campaigns and promotions.
• Report on campaign results, attribution, funnel health and data quality.
