Ajaia is seeking an IT Manager to serve as the technical backbone for our AI-first operations. You will architect internal infrastructure with cutting-edge tools, robust security, and automated workflows to sustain peak efficiency across a global, remote workforce.

Daily use of AI in infrastructure monitoring, security auditing, and automation scripting is expected. You will partner with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure alignment with company milestones and deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in IT management or technical operations.
• Ability to design AI-forward infrastructure and secure workflows.
• Experience with cloud providers and automation projects.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks for AI development and deployment.
• Implement and oversee security protocols to protect proprietary AI workflows and client data.
• Automate internal business solutions and CRM/CMS platforms to reduce manual work.
• Use AI daily for network ideation, troubleshooting, security variants, and QA support.
• Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to align technical work with company milestones.
