Job summary

FinCom Technologies is hiring a Brand Designer to own our visual brand end-to-end, turning the brand bible into production-ready assets and keeping consistency across surfaces. You will build templates and governance to ensure on-brand output across in-house teams, vendors, and sellers.

You will lead a brand-safe AI pipeline for imagery and templates, with quality control and localization while maintaining production discipline across formats.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with an art director background in advertising (preferred).
• Graduate from Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts.
• Experience building and maintaining branding systems across touchpoints.

We're hiring a Brand Designer to own our visual brand end-to-end - turning the brand bible into production-ready assets, keeping the look consistent across every surface, and using AI creatively to multiply output without diluting the brand. You're equal parts taste and system: you can craft a hero visual and build the template that keeps everyone on-brand.

What you'll own

• The brand system end-to-end: complete the brand bible (moodboards, imagery direction, voice chart, logo suite, template library, UI reference screens, print/packaging, touchpoint rules, usage & governance) and be the custodian of "on-brand vs off-brand" across in-house, vendors, and sellers.
• A repeatable, brand-safe AI creative pipeline: generative imagery & backgrounds, concept exploration, automated resizing/localization, template generation, and prompt libraries - with quality control so nothing ships off-brand.
• Production discipline: layered, editable master files (AI/PSD/INDD/Figma) built as reusable systems, plus final exports (PNG/JPG/MP4) named to spec and partner guides for retail-media templates.

What you bring

• 3-5 years, with an art director background from an advertising agency (preferred).
• Graduate of Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts.
• Branding craft: identity systems, brand-book/bible development, typography & colour systems, art direction of photography/illustration, cross-touchpoint consistency.
• Digital & e-commerce fluency: social, in-app/display ad formats, e-commerce storefront and marketplace surfaces.
• Hands-on generative AI in a real production pipeline (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Figma AI, generative video) with a working grasp of prompt systems, AI retouching, and the limits.
• Tooling: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & uml; Illustrator & uml; InDesign & uml; After Effects) and Figma. Motion/animation is a plus.
