Job summary

Globe is seeking a data leader to co-manage the experimentation engine powering GlobeOne and GOMO growth loops. You will transform engagement data into decision-ready insights, behavioral diagnostics, and AI-assisted lifecycle strategies, collaborating with Growth Managers and Behavioral Scientists.

You will embed predictive triggers into lifecycle journeys, design and evaluate experiments, and help define the next best move through model-based thinking and system-scale design.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to model growth and retention using digital data.
• Experience translating insights into lifecycle strategies and experiments.
• Strong collaboration with product, marketing, and experience teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and behavior modeling across GlobeOne and GOMO.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to uncover root causes of retention and engagement.
• Develop segmentation and lifecycle triggers based on data-driven insights.
• Turn insights into strategic recommendations for product and brand teams.
