Job summary

Globe seeks a Growth Creatives Designer to craft high-impact, data-driven visuals that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across ads, landing pages, and in-app experiences.

You will continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative assets using performance insights, collaborating with growth marketers, product teams, and data analysts to improve conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in growth design, performance marketing design, or a related role.
• Ability to balance creativity with performance, designing assets that are engaging and conversion-focused.
• Experience designing for multi-platform campaigns (social ads, emails, CRM, in-app).
• Strong storytelling, experimentation, and growth-hacking mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing marketing creatives, landing pages, banners, and in-app graphics.
• Develop motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Create compelling A/B test variations to optimize design performance and growth metrics.
• Adapt and localize assets for different platforms and campaign needs.
• Design interactive and personalized user experiences to improve conversion and retention.
• Ensure creatives align with brand identity, UX principles, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with growth managers and product designers to align visuals with goals.
• Use analytics and behavioral data to inform design decisions and effectiveness.
• Continuously optimize designs based on performance data and testing insights.
• Push the boundaries of storytelling to create thumb-stopping visuals.
• Stay updated on design trends, growth marketing, and consumer psychology.
