Job summary

Globe is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead end-to-end data-driven solutions, translating business needs into data science projects and deploying predictive models in production. You will ensure models deliver measurable business impact and maintain robust ML pipelines.

You will collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to integrate analytics into operational systems, drive ROI, and enable data-driven decision making across customer lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in customer analytics or credit risk/fina ncia l services with data mining, predictive modeling, ML & statistics.
• Proven track record of leading analytics initiatives and operationalizing models with marketing/risk/IT teams.
• Experience with large, unfiltered datasets and data science research.
