Job summary

Infra One seeks a Fund Administration Manager to own the operational engine for a select portfolio of venture funds. You’ll be the named contact behind the back-office inbox, guiding LPs through KYC, closing efficiencies, and fund-related documentation at startup speed.

You will work closely with the GP and an engineering team to fix issues, ship fixes the same day, and transform processes through the AI-first backend. This role requires precision, speed, and excellent document literacy.

Qualifications

• An operator mindset with a track record of unblocking and delivering.
• Extreme ownership and responsiveness in client-facing work.
• Precise handling of documents and signatures under time pressure.
• Legal background is optional but helpful for reading LPAs and side letters.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and large language models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, close, manage capital calls, execute deals, and generate reports end-to-end.
• Read and interpret legal documents (LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs).
• Provide rapid, accurate responses to due-diligence questionnaires and investor inquiries.
• Flag issues and provide language to GPs to protect relationships.
• Maintain live status overview for multiple funds and coordinate with the engineering team.
• Contribute learnings back to the platform to improve automation and flows.
