Infra One seeks a Fund Administration Manager to own the operational engine for a portfolio of venture funds, embedded with clients, driving outcomes end-to-end.

You will handle onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting, navigating LPAs, subscription agreements, and side letters with precision and speed. This fully remote role emphasizes AI-assisted processes with human oversight.

Qualifications

• Operator mindset with ownership and unblocking focus.
• Extensive reading of legal documents (LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters).
• Fluent written and spoken English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fund operations for a small portfolio of venture funds.
• Onboard and close deals, manage capital calls and reporting.
• Coordinate KYC/AML, review signed docs, and ensure timely wire execution.
