Job summary

Infra One is seeking a Senior Generalist to lead core operational processes, manage administrative workflows, and support leadership across global time zones. This role offers 100% remote work with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and process optimization.

The successful candidate will mentor junior team members, handle CRM/finance tasks, and help drive efficient operations for Allocator One ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination.
• Fluent English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proven ability to work independently across time zones.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

As a Senior Generalist, your mission is to lead and execute core operational processes that keep Allocator One running efficiently. You will manage complex administrative, financial, and project-related workflows, support leadership directly, and mentor junior team members across time zones.

• Oversee daily operational processes across CRM, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, meetings, and communications.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports across departments.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conduct research for sponsorships, partnerships, and event co-hosting.
• Ensure high-quality handovers and daily reporting through Slack.
  Mentor junior generalists to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination.
• Strong command of English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proven ability to work independently across time zones.
