Qualifications

• 4-7+ years experience in eCommerce operations, systems, or analytics.
• Fast learner capable of quickly mastering new tools.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in startup, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project management workflows (e.g. Monday.com or similar).
• Set up and optimize internal communication systems (e.g. Slack).
• Evaluate, implement, and document new tools as the business scales.
• Build automation-first workflows using native automations and AI tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g. Triple Whale or similar).
• Own weekly and monthly reporting cadence.
• Translate data into actionable business insights.
• Configure and optimize returns workflows (e.g. Loop or similar).
• Track return reasons and identify operational or product improvements.
• Build and optimize workflows across Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar).
• Ensure workflows are scalable and well documented.
