You will build operational reports, leverage AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, and connect data across Shopify and advertising platforms to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Experience managing freight, purchase orders, inventory, and warehouse coordination.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong quantitative and data-analysis capabilities.
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage freight, shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and warehouse communication.
• Create and manage purchase orders based on sell-through, inventory forecasts, and revenue projections.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify stock risks.
• Maintain product data in Shopify and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Build dashboards and operational reports.
• Analyze inventory, returns, and customer service data.
• Turn large datasets into actionable operational insights.
