Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This role oversees the company’s online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility to ensure an optimal customer experience. Daily responsibilities include monitoring ecommerce performance metrics, analyzing sales and traffic data, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and managing online merchandising strategies. The Ecommerce Manager collaborates with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms. The role also involves identifying new ecommerce opportunities, optimizing processes, and ensuring that online activities align with business goals and partner requirements.
