Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking a senior data professional to extract, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. You will maintain dashboards and recurring reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize data logic and develop automation to improve efficiency.

You will drive insights from data, monitor updates, and troubleshoot reporting issues while liaising with business and engineering teams to ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, account management, operations, logistics, or commercial strategy.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience managing seller, merchant, brand, or partner relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to diagnose issues, track funnels, and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or marketplace operations is a strong advantage.
