Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior content/analyst role or equivalent.
• Experience delivering business, operational, data, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience with AI agents, Generative AI, workflow automation tools, Python, SQL, or low-code platforms.
• Understanding of AI in content ops, data management, and process optimization.
• Ability to identify and implement AI/automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support Datastream and QA across multiple asset classes.
• Coordinate project delivery across Datastream operations teams.
• Managing complex queries through to resolution.
• Implement Day 1 market and content changes.
• Drive AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams across UK and US time zones to deliver objectives.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and work independently to deliver outcomes.
