You will partner with Content Infrastructure Owners, Engineering, Product and Operations to refine requirements, support design, drive adoption and deliver transformational change at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation initiatives across business, operations, data or tech.
• Strong analytical, business analysis and process improvement skills.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements and operating models.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, platform migrations or operational change programmes.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and develop scalable solutions.
• Experience with AI agents and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic requirements into executable operational solutions with content stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and quality.
• Define and maintain operating models, processes and standards.
• Document and support data modelling, rules, workflows and dependencies.
• Understand data sources and processing logic for the assigned domain.
• Lead testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer on new tools and functions.
• Gather user feedback to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Content Operations, Product and Engineering in a product-led model.
