Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Proficiency with tools such as NDA, DSS suite, and basic SQL.
Handle Commodities Content, collaborating with internal teams and leading business-critical issues.
Solid grasp of Excel and MS Office products.
Good understanding of Macros, VB, and Outlook.
Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Awareness of Commodities and Energy markets.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth management of BAU activities with minimal errors.
Support high-impact projects for Commodities pricing.
Collaborate with team manager and Seniors to implement operational improvements.
Provide support during incidents, data recovery efforts, and service desk operations.
Coordinate testing, migrations, and upgrades affecting production environments.
Work with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to align goals and results.
Resolve simple client queries efficiently while driving process simplification and innovation.
