Job summary

Straive is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Finance & Treasury team, driving AI and automation adoption across processes. You will bridge Finance and Technology, translating business needs into working solutions and delivering validated POCs for deployment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rapid prototyping, and strong communication with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, and Tech. Hybrid work setup preferred in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with AI tools, automation platforms (RPA, low-code/no-code) and quick to learn new tech.

Business Analyst ( 3 days RTO, 2 days WFH)

We're looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and collaborative professional to join our Finance & Treasury Department and drive AI and automation adoption across our processes. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology — acting as the vital bridge that translates business needs into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into Finance and Treasury workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvement.
• Partner closely with Finance/Treasury stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Design, build, and iterate on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes using AI/automation tools.
• Validate solutions with business users, refining based on feedback.
• Prepare validated POCs for handoff to the Tech team, ensuring smooth review, scalability assessment, and deployment.
• Act as a connector between Finance/Treasury and Tech, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy — comfortable exploring AI tools, automation platforms (e.g., RPA, low-code/no-code, scripting), and quickly picking up new technologies.
• Naturally collaborative — skilled at building relationships and connecting people, ideas, and teams across Finance, Treasury, and Tech.
• Analytical & curious — able to break down complex financial/treasury processes and spot where AI or automation adds real value.
• Builder mindset — hands-on, experimental, and comfortable working in ambiguity to rapidly prototype and iterate.
• Strong communicator — able to translate between business language and technical concepts, and to bring stakeholders along the innovation journey.
• Background in Finance/Treasury is a plus, but genuine interest in Finance operations combined with strong tech aptitude is equally valued.
