Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own enterprise deployment of AI solutions from scoping to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define requirements and timelines, and ensure successful, scalable delivery for customers.

The role emphasizes strong program management, hands-on delivery, and proactive collaboration with Product and Engineering to meet expectations and SLAs.

Qualifications

Experience leading technical programs and complex deployments.
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
Comfort with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Own and lead delivery of platform implementations for enterprise customers.
Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings.
Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinements toward production launches.
Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers through the delivery lifecycle.
Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive improvements.
Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact.
