Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Graduate Law degree holder to join our Technology Legal team in the Philippines. You will assess AI & Data service offerings, provide product counsel, and support go-to-market initiatives while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience in corporate or law firm settings, strong English communication, and familiarity with SaaS and software licensing.

Qualifications

• Graduate Law degree (JD) and admission in good standing with applicable bar associations.
• Ability to work with US time zones.
• Experience advising on software, AI, and SaaS contracts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of new AI & Data offerings and provide product counsel as offerings go to market.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in AI & Data and act as point of contact for business and assets teams.
• Collaborate with GSL, Resale, Strategic Partnering, IP, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting teams.
• Support contracting with playbooks, templates, and deal support as product counsel.
• Assist Ventures & Acquisitions teams in evaluating AI & Data targets and develop guidance materials; monitor regulatory trends.
