Develop expertise in AI & Data, serve as a point of contact for business and assets teams, and collaborate with legal, privacy, and contracting colleagues.

A JD and 5+ years in corporate or law firm settings advising on software/AI are required, with fluent English and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate or law firm settings advising on software including AI.
• Experience with AI, software and non-transactional legal work.
• Knowledge of SaaS, Software License and AI‑related contract structures.
• Willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes for AI & Data.
• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Fluency in English with strong communication; collaborate globally.

Responsibilities

• Assess new AI & Data service offerings and provide product counsel.
• Develop AI & Data expertise and act as contact for business/assets teams.
• Collaborate with GSL, Resale, Strategic Partnering, IP, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting teams.
• Support contracting as product counsel; assist with playbooks, templates and deal support.
• Assist Ventures & Acquisitions teams in evaluating targets; conduct legal research.
• Develop, maintain and improve processes/tools; produce decks and guidance materials.
• Monitor emerging legal/regulatory trends related to technology and AI.
• Provide analysis and guidance to leadership across teams.
