You will work with business stakeholders, process experts, and AI practitioners to transform challenges into innovative Copilot Studio solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable AI solutions.
Design prompting, grounding, knowledge retrieval, and context management approaches.
Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Contribute reusable solution components, patterns, and standards.
Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for measurable AI value.
Explore emerging AI capabilities and recommend applications aligned with objectives.
Promote responsible AI adoption in line with ING standards and governance.
