Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an AI / Copilot Studio Developer to help build AI-powered automation across the organization. You will work with business stakeholders and developers to turn ideas into practical solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related technologies.

In this role you will design prompts and flows, integrate with Microsoft 365, test and deploy solutions, and stay ahead of evolving AI trends while promoting responsible AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Develop prompts, conversation flows, and knowledge-grounding approaches that enhance user experience and solution effectiveness.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, connectors, and APIs.
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements based on business and user feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into workable solutions.
• Contribute reusable components, templates, and development best practices.
• Stay informed on evolving AI technologies and emerging industry trends.
• Support responsible and effective AI adoption across the organization.
