Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an AI Product Owner (Lead) to shape the AI strategy for Wholesale Banking. You will lead AI delivery and governance across business and technology teams.

This role requires 7+ years in AI/digital transformation, strong leadership, and expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem to drive measurable business value. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure responsible AI practices while delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI, automation or digital transformation.
• Banking, shared services or BPO experience preferred.
• Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills.
