Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an AI Business Transformation Specialist based in Timor-Leste for direct full-time engagement with the client. The role focuses on building an AI/automation function, data cleanup, and automated reporting across departments.

You will be the primary technical owner, coordinating with management and potentially external partners. The role requires strong AI, automation, and data analytics experience, with a willingness to relocate to Dili and work on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI, automation, systems implementation or data analytics.
• Formal qualifications in CS, IS, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience connecting disparate business systems and data quality uplift.
• Ability to configure and evaluate AI platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn how each department works and prepare data for use.
• Improve data quality and structure across sales, warehouse, accounting.
• Automate routine manual work with practical solutions.
• Document baselines and track ongoing improvements against them.
• Build internal AI tools and reporting for management.
• Train managers and staff to adopt what you build.
• Own documentation, access, and governance for AI initiatives.
