Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to lead AI-driven automation and system integration initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to define needs, design scalable workflows, and implement practical AI, automation, and integration solutions across platforms.

You will build prototypes, lead deployments, and guide teams in data handling, governance, and responsible AI practices, while driving measurable efficiency gains for premium clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, system integration, or workflow transformation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with coding, scripting, APIs, integrations, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience in solution design, prototyping, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify process challenges and business needs.
• Translate requirements into practical AI, automation, and integration solutions.
• Assess and recommend the best-fit technology approach, including AI agents, workflow automation, low-code tools, or custom development.
• Design secure, scalable workflows with appropriate controls, approvals, and exception handling.

Hands-on AI & Automation Development

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, automations, and system integrations.
• Develop solutions using APIs, scripts, and automation tools to connect business platforms.
• Create prototypes, refine solutions through stakeholder feedback, and lead implementation.
• Automate processes such as data extraction, document processing, reporting, and task routing.
• Evaluate and implement scalable AI and automation technologies that drive business efficiency.

Testing, Governance and Implementation

• Test solutions for accuracy, security, data handling, and performance before deployment.
• Implement safeguards to protect data and ensure responsible AI usage.
• Document solution designs, workflows, testing, and support procedures.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed solutions.
• Support user adoption through training, guidance, and documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Delivery

• Drive and prioritize high-impact automation initiatives.
• Measure, analyze, and communicate business outcomes and efficiency gains.
• Champion emerging AI and automation technologies to improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical experts to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, system integration, or workflow transformation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with coding, scripting, APIs, integrations, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience in solution design, prototyping, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming/scripting languages.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, webhooks, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of AI platforms, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and document automation.
• Strong business analysis, solution design, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to create clear documentation and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Understanding of data security, governance, testing, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive automation initiatives from concept to delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
• Background in AI, automation, system integrations, or process improvement.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments.
• Exposure to Xero, payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation governance and best practices is an advantage.
