ATS CONSULTING SERVICES PH INC. is seeking an AI Operations & Automation Engineer to enhance operational efficiency through automation, AI, and data-driven insights.

You will streamline onboarding, reduce manual effort, and build scalable AI-powered workflows across engineering and operations. The role focuses on AI enablement, automation design, agentic AI initiatives, and deriving real-time operational insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, MLOps, Site Reliability, or similar.
• Experience building automation solutions, workflows, or production data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze operational data and generate insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze onboarding processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop onboarding docs, runbooks, and knowledge assets using AI tools.
• Standardize processes to improve operational readiness and reduce manual transfers.
• Identify repetitive tasks and evaluate automation opportunities.
• Design and implement automation to boost productivity and reduce toil.
• Maintain a backlog of automation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Evaluate agentic AI use cases across incident detection, investigation, remediation, and workflows.
• Design real-time dashboards and transform data into actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve observability and metrics.
• Promote AI adoption through documentation and enablement sessions.
