Job summary

Getdialedin is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement AI-powered automation across departments in Cebu City. You will craft workflows, deploy AI tools, and integrate ML/NLP models to optimize processes and enable smart assistants for internal and external users.

The role requires a solid foundation in CS/IT, experience with automation platforms, APIs, and cloud services, plus strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, Engineering, Data Science or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions for business processes across departments.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using AI tools, APIs, and integration platforms.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Develop chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent agents to support internal and external users.
• Integrate machine learning models and NLP solutions into business systems.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, finance, and IT teams to understand automation requirements.
• Maintain documentation of automation systems, workflows, and technical architecture.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency of automation tools.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance in all AI-driven solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions
