Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of database structures and experience with SQL.
• Proven ability to analyze and document business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or AI-driven solution design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into clear, structured requirements artifacts including process flows and BRDs.
• Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observation, and workflow analysis.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows using no-code/low-code orchestration platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI agent deployments and automation solutions.
• Provide process design consultation to improve efficiency through standardization and emerging technologies.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating test execution, documenting results, and resolving defects.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI and automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
• Assist in the integration of AI agents across platforms and systems to enable seamless workflows.
