You will develop AI agents, chatbots, intelligent automation solutions, and enterprise integrations using Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and outcomes.
• Define solution approaches, integration requirements, and implementation recommendations for AI initiatives.
• Develop and implement AI‑powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, and automation tools.
• Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude AI) into dashboards, SharePoint tools, and business workflows.
• Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic for AI‑driven applications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement AI architecture and reusable components.
• Develop APIs and interfaces to connect AI models with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Support deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.
• Support AI adoption through demonstrations, training sessions, knowledge sharing, and user enablement activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 1+ year of experience in AI application development (Copilot AI Agent, Claude AI) and experience using AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Cognitive Services).
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience integrating APIs and developing web or enterprise applications.
• Experience working with data sources, REST APIs, and application integration.
• Experience leading or supporting AI proof‑of‑concept and pilot initiatives.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and success metrics.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Familiarity with Agentic Workflows and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint integration.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and enterprise security considerations.
