Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program related to information technology, information systems, business analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Basic analytical ability to organize information and explain findings clearly.
• Foundational Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or automation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow end-to-end workflows, systems, data access rules, and escalation paths.
• Support supervised implementation, customer-experience, and reporting activities.
• Organize, clean, validate, and reconcile data for setup, reporting, or decisions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and knowledge materials using approved templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate status clearly.
