Job summary

Realpage is seeking a Technical Intern to support business transformation initiatives by delivering hands-on solutions in AI, automation, data analytics, QA automation, software development, and citizen development under close mentorship. You will analyze a defined business problem with your mentor, design small prototypes, and develop scripts, dashboards, and data tools.

Projects may include Python or JavaScript scripts, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, data validation tools, API

Qualifications

Enrolled in a STEM program with coursework or projects.
Portfolio evidence (GitHub, hackathon, project) is preferred.
Foundational programming or automation exposure in Python, JavaScript, .NET, Power Automate.
Basic SQL, CSV/Excel handling, APIs, and data validation familiarity.

Responsibilities

Define problem statements, users, process, pain points, and success criteria with mentor.
Review data, documents, support cases, and knowledge content to understand the problem.
Design a small, testable technical approach using approved tools and methods.
Develop scripts, dashboards, data validation tools, QA aids, and AI-assisted prototypes under mentor review.
