ING Hubs Philippines seeks an AI Adoption & Transformation Expert to accelerate AI, Copilot, and automation initiatives across the organization. You will work with business stakeholders, process experts, and AI developers to identify opportunities and translate needs into actionable programs.

You will lead adoption and change management, define success metrics, and ensure value realization across the transformation journey.

Translate business needs into actionable initiatives and implementation roadmaps.
Support prioritization of AI and automation opportunities based on business value and strategic impact.
Collaborate with AI developers, process experts, and stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
Drive adoption, communication, and change management activities to ensure successful use of new technologies.
Define and track success measures, expected benefits, and value realization outcomes.
Promote awareness, understanding, and responsible use of AI technologies across the organization.
