Henkel in the Philippines seeks an AI Adoption Expert to drive AI and digital solution uptake across Global Supply Chain & Operations. You will translate strategy into concrete use cases, enable employees to embrace AI tools, and act as a change agent for AI-driven transformation.

The role requires 2+ years in AI adoption with strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, and offers a hybrid work setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of AI adoption, enablement, or transformation experience, 3+ years overall.
• Proven ability to identify AI use cases and translate capabilities into value.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with AI tools and change management in a global supply chain context.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI and digital solution adoption across Global Supply Chain & Operations by turning strategy into practical use cases.
• Help employees understand, embrace, and use AI tools in daily work.
• Act as a change agent to promote AI-driven work methods and support transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI improves efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop programs to accelerate value realization from AI investments.
• Support integration of AI into existing processes and monitor adoption metrics.
