REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Agriculture (Major in Plant Agronomy, Soil Science, Entomology, Horticulture) or Agri-Engineering
• With at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in agriculture industry (preferably with pineapples) and has supervisory capacity
• Possessed excellent supervisory skills, problem solving skills, effective verbal & written communication skills
• Result-oriented, ability to show initiative, can work effectively within the different levels of the organization

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Direct/supervises Technical Services Survey operation; accomplished weekly survey schedules, define priorities and developed a daily work plan consolidating modules, activities and attaining survey efficiency.
• Ensures that all technical surveyors are following strictly survey SOP.
• Validate and analyze survey result, prepare requests for applications based on SOP set.
• Analyze farm condition/status and any abnormalities observed in the plantation, recommend and give feedback to the immediate superior for the appropriate action to be taken.
• Ensures timely submission of all required reports and survey data are encoded.
• Conduct monthly refreshment/calibration/training of surveyors per activity according to priority.
• Collaborate and give feedback to other supervisor for any farm condition and abnormalities observe that is related to their department/section.
• Promote harmonious working environment within the section and to other department.
• Ensures implementation of the company policy, rules and regulations, and standard operating procedures within the area of responsibility.
