Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager who serves as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, guiding projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals.

The role balances traditional project management discipline with agile facilitation to empower teams and improve delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate coordinates with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality results in a health-care driven environment.

Qualifications

• Agile project management and Scrum Master capabilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across full lifecycle: plan, execute, and close projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: act as Scrum Master for one or more teams with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage risks and blockers; proactively surface dependencies and issues and work with teams to resolve them.
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Track and report progress with documentation and dashboards per PMO governance.
• Support continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices and collaboration.
