Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to delivery and to serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams.

The role balances traditional project management with Agile facilitation to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. The position requires 5–8 years of PM/Agile delivery experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management and/or Agile delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in both Agile and traditional project environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices as Scrum Master.
• Identify and manage risks and issues; surface blockers and resolve them.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Track and report project progress; maintain documentation, dashboards, and governance.
• Support continuous improvement and adoption of Agile practices.
