Job description

Join GCash's Technology & Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Implement Agile Ceremonies and Principles and support the evaluation of the Scrum Maturity of the squad, preparing the squad for advanced stages of maturity at a workable speed for the team.
• Manage Agile Teams, ensuring the team delivers software within recognized quality standards by facilitating a working definition of done (DoD) for Agile stories within each team.
• Work with the Product Owner to identify that the product backlog is in place and groomed at a suitable level to start and complete development iterations.
• Ensure recognized agile software progress matrices (burndown charts, velocity, defect metrics) are in place and that the team and Product Owner are equipped to input data for these metrics.
• Organize and prepare metric data on a regular basis using repeatable methods.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning purposes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience managing complex project and product development.
• Knowledge of managing agile methodology.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience managing resources with different skill sets for agile delivery methods.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse business and IT teams.
• Technical proficiency and development background, with experience in a financial technology vendor or a large financial institution.
