Responsibilities

• Generate new business by engaging prospective clients.
• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotations and policy documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for servicing.
• Monitor policy renewals and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and sales reports.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
