Pioneer Your Insurance in Cagayan de Oro is seeking a branch leader to drive sales performance, recruit and manage an agency force, and oversee profitability and daily operations.

The role focuses on building a strong agency network to promote VUL and traditional life insurance products, ensuring compliance and sustainable growth across the branch.

You will collaborate with regional teams, set targets, coach agents, and monitor performance to achieve year-round results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or communication.
• 1-3 years experience in life insurance sales with more than 2 years of experience leading an agency/sales team.
• Should have both traditional and vul insurance licenses
• High emotional intelligence, strong public speaking skills and expertise on recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance and profitability of the Cagayan de Oro branch.
• Recruit and manage an agency force to drive VUL and traditional insurance.
