Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking dynamic individuals to fill a role responsible for driving end-to-end capability building within the Sales organization. This position involves conducting training sessions, analyzing training needs, and developing effective training programs for sales personnel.

As part of the role, you will create performance metrics, monitor improvements, and maintain training records. You will collaborate with AIA and BPI AIA to assess the training needs of key partners involved in sales.

Responsibilities

• Designs, delivers, and monitors onboarding of sales personnel.
• Conducts training needs analysis on the sales team.
• Develops and designs training programs based on industry trends.
• Conducts training sessions with sales personnel.
• Evaluates the success of training programs for performance improvement.
• Leads the sales team activity management framework.
• Monitors performance improvement among sales personnel.
• Establishes performance metrics for sales staff.
• Creates a training/learning plan outlining goals and topics.
• Identifies training needs and develops effective programs.
• Creates and maintains a database of training records.
• Coordinates with AIA and BPI AIA training teams.
