Job summary

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a Branch Recruitment Officer GI Cebu in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and activating agents to represent the agency while ensuring alignment with our mission and policies.

You will screen candidates, coordinate onboarding, and manage agent relationships, supporting growth and agent success through training, tools, and ongoing guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the insurance, real estate, or financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with agents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing agent recruitment and employment.

Responsibilities

• Agent Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential agents, including advertising, networking, and referrals.
• Screening and Selection: Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct interviews and assessments.
• Agent Activation and Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding with training, resources, and support for new agents.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and address concerns and inquiries.
• Performance Monitoring and Support: Monitor agent performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain records of agent information and ensure regulatory compliance.
