The role focuses on sustaining high Business Quality by monitoring trends, coordinating with business units, and driving continuous process improvements in line with SOPs.

You will support risk mitigation and ensure timely communications with agents and leaders. The position requires a university degree and 2+ years in the insurance industry, with strong MS Office

Qualificações

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with initiative

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first line of defense within the Agency Distribution channel and uphold Business Quality by monitoring and communicating with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with BUs to verify PMT findings and send out reminders to agents and leaders.
• Review and monitor policy replacement cases and misconduct updates, escalating violations to compliance.
