You will partner with senior leaders to align efforts, improve visibility, and drive efficient operations at scale within a leading global marketing network.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency operations, account management, project management, resource management, business operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility across active and incoming work, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks across the agency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are properly staffed, prioritized, and delivered.
• Anticipate resource gaps, workload pressure, and delivery risks, then drive solutions before they become escalations.
• Support agency-wide resource and capacity planning, including operational readiness.
• Ensure important actions, decisions, and commitments are documented, monitored, and closed.
• Help strengthen operating discipline, delivery processes, and ways of working across teams.
• Coordinate major initiatives, capability rollouts, and operational transitions.
• Surface issues early and provide thoughtful recommendations rather than simply raising concerns.
• Partner with senior leaders to improve visibility, alignment, and execution across the agency.
