Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to own manpower and production targets for the Direct Sales Force, including PBHs and PUHs recruited under the MHP program. You will recruit, onboard, and build a structured salesforce that drives advisor conversions to Branch Heads and Unit Heads, while coaching leaders and ensuring growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Senior life insurance professional with prior experience at the Home Office or Agency level.
• Proven track record in agency-building and recruitment — a hunter and builder profile with extensive network reach across the life insurance distribution landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a multi-tier sales organization (Advisor → Unit Head → Branch Head).
• Experience managing manpower and production KPIs in a target-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills, with the ability to operate independently as a Day-1 hire in a newly established unit.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage manpower and production targets for the assigned Direct Sales Force, including PBHs and PUHs recruited through the MHP program
• Set clear quarterly and annual targets for recruitment, sales production, and retention, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Recruit, screen, and onboard PBM/PUH batches according to staged hiring schedules
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes
• Develop and manage a field sales structure cascading from PBH/PUH to individual advisors, driving conversions to Branch Head and Unit Head roles
• Achieve and monitor key MACC metrics daily and on a monthly basis to ensure performance targets are met
• Coach and develop recruited leaders to meet retention benchmarks
• Represent the Direct Sales Force track in weekly cross-functional alignment meetings with the Chief Distribution Officer (CDO), Distribution Sales Support Heads, and the Core Parallel Agency Team
• Manage day-to-day field leadership activities, including performance conversations, escalation of at-risk manpower, and change management
• Partner with the Performance Management & Governance Lead to implement standardized target-setting, coaching, and accountability frameworks across the team
