Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a senior marketing and relationship management professional to lead strategic plans for the Single Premium Unit Linked category and UHNW initiatives. You will drive go-to-market strategies, revenue growth, and strong partnerships with distributors, customers, and internal teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in bank or investment relationship management, outstanding leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in bank or investment relationship management, handling HNW customers or related skillset.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results with staff, senior management and cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal, empathetic, and communication abilities (oral/written).
Experience in product marketing or program management within insurance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead ideation, proposition creation, go-to-market strategy, and stakeholder management for new single premium unit-linked products and enhancements.
Develop and implement marketing programs for single premium unit-linked products to drive revenue and acquire/retain customers.
Build partnerships with distribution channels to secure strategy buy-in for marketing programs.
Develop and execute distributor and customer campaigns to achieve product targets.
Set and monitor metrics to ensure project and program success and optimize resource use.
