Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related business field.
• 3–4 years of relevant agency/insurance sales experience.
• Experience handling an insurance branch or managing agency channels is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and sales management.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused, proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow agency production and expand the agency distribution network.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and support agency partners to achieve sales, recruitment, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, dealers, and direct clients to drive long-term business partnerships.
• Manage agency concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze sales performance, productivity, and market trends to make data-driven recommendations that improve business results.
• Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, and training sessions to enhance agency capability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless servicing, policy issuance, claims support, and overall partner satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, recruitment activities, and agency productivity against established KPIs.
• Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and performance updates for management.
• Participate in sales campaigns, business development initiatives, and agency engagement programs.
