Responsibilities

• Handle customer aftersales concerns, including inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups.
• Create, prepare, and process aftersales documents such as job orders, service reports, and warranty claims.
• Work closely with technicians, service teams, and other departments to resolve customer issues on time.
• Keep accurate records of services rendered, parts used, customer transactions, and warranty files.
• Regularly update internal systems and tracking logs for aftersales activities.
• Manage service-related communication through phone calls, chat, and email.
• Track ongoing service requests and keep customers informed of their status.
• Assist in preparing reports on service performance, parts usage, and warranty claims.
• Maintain an organized filing and documentation system.
• Provide overall administrative support to the aftersales team.
