Autohub Group is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager for our on-site operations in Taguig. The role oversees profitability, efficiency, and productivity of the after-sales division and ensures services meet customer needs and Autohub policies in line with manufacturer standards.

The ideal candidate has nine years of relevant experience, including two in a junior managerial capacity, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires nine (9) years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a junior managerial capacity.
• Requires driving skills and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability and operational efficiency of the after-sales division.
• Oversee provision of excellent after-sales service to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing to deliver complimentary services.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer's requirements and standards.
