Job summary

Autohub Group is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager for our on-site operations in Taguig. The role oversees profitability, efficiency, and productivity of the after-sales division and ensures services meet customer needs and Autohub policies in line with manufacturer standards.

The ideal candidate has nine years of relevant experience, including two in a junior managerial capacity, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires nine (9) years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a junior managerial capacity.
• Requires driving skills and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule.

JOB SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible for the overall profitability, efficiency

and productivity of the Company's after- sales operation; exercise

administrative supervision and control over Aftersales Division's activities

and personnel and ensures that its services are responsive to the customer's

needs and in conformity with Autohub and the company's policies and direction

as well as the manufacturer's requirements and standards on after sales.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensures the profitability and operational efficiency of the after-sales division
• Oversees the provision of excellent after-sales service to customers
• Works in partnership with the Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing Departments to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of complementary services to customers
• Ensures compliance with manufacturer's requirements and standards

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or of related field
• With at least nine (9) years of relevant progressively responsible experience, 2 years of which are in a junior managerial capacity
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule
