Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Affiliate Marketing preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, agents, and business partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate accounts to maximize performance and revenue.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and partnership negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities through field prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
• Assist affiliates with account setup, promotional campaigns, and operational concerns.
• Monitor affiliate performance, player acquisition, and revenue generation; provide growth recommendations.
• Reactivate inactive affiliates and ensure ongoing engagement with partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve affiliate concerns and campaign implementation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment and sales reports.
• Represent the company during marketing events, roadshows, and networking activities.
